RICHARD HERSLEY - Filmmaker

Richard is a professional broadcast television producer, director, shooter and editor with over 35 years of hands-on experience in all elements of production. After a degree in English and Drama Richard's career began working "from the ground up … doing every job there is" for a large local community television production company. Through his years at this company Richard rose to the position of senior producer, director, camera and editor.

He also created freelance projects, including series and documentaries for many broadcasters including the CTV, GLOBAL, KNOWLEGE and CBC Networks. He developed his camera, directing, and editing skills and has continually honed these talents over the years.

Richard Hersley's films are now cherished by educators around the world.
